Ernest Osei brings global expertise in financial advisory, capital raising and investor management.
Prior to Sazience, Mr. Osei led Corporate Development at Qintess overseeing multiple transactions and M&A projects for Qintess globally.
Mr. Osei’s career began as an M&A Analyst contributing to several cross-border M&A transactions. He led deal valuation, capital restructuring and due diligence. He was involved in the key Advisory team which brought in global strategic investors like Iron Mountain (USD 24 BN+market Cap), Marsh and Mclennan (USD 100 BN+) to North Africa. Mr. Osei was part of the deal team at West Capital Partners that led the advisory of the acquisition of Mouka, Nigeria – a deal awarded the West African Private Equity deal of the year in 2021.
He has a Bachelor`s degree in Financial Management from Ibn Tofail University and a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Corporate Tax from Mohammed V University, Rabat- Morocco. He is fluent in English, French and Portuguese.
